Well, i can't argument so strong like so much people here, because my english
sucks... but i believe that God exist and in His son, and my faith is in He!
For me both, but recently i in love with some works that didn't have so much
story but instead a really great art, and viceversa... the only point here if
you like it...
Well, maybe the best tool is the tool that you have more time to spend in it...
adobe illustrator have some goodies (specially i like more the pen properties)
and the same facilities than the photoshop do (because it's very similar to this
program)... but not have some tools like CorelDRAW (like for ex. the gradients,
that are more easy to make instead of using the complex mesh of illustrator),
well... you have first to familiarize with one program and after go for a second
to compare... and if you like to have some program that can have GIS, then your
program it's Canvas (of ACD Systems and not openCanvas).
well, if you think to do a dawn the grass is ok for me... only need to fix that
using more layers with different size of the same brushes with this tonalities
and with some dark one's (try to put black green with olive green or ocre)...
the put some haze (some brushes of clouds with dark and white fixing the layers
with the blend modes). and for the sky you have to use a nice gradient and use a
good flare lens (if you have the kpt collection plugs in your ps, but if you
didn't have that's ok too... you can also found some tutorial to do great dawn
sunlights)... and not forget the star's brushes to the most dark part of the
gradient... <--- with these you can play friendly at your heart content...
Elfen lied... for the massive masacre in the whole anime... and manga...
but i'd rather prefer Higurashi no naku koro ni for the psycological torment and
the form different forms of dies... nice one's...
yeah, you can do it, too!, well this is my proposition... i can do another
vector for you... but you can not have any of my favorite b****... you have to
said me the vector that you like and the colors that you like in it!, ok!

wallpaper related with all the works that these group scanlated [look
here], the prize are so good for all the sekirei lovers, because you can win
the manga books of all the 4 or 5 volumes of sekirei...
I didn't know if my current vector's can help your works, but i'd rather prefer
new works of all the members; working in a new vector or a colored one...
well... if not, the contest will be so boring for the only one that made the
seki's vectors...
These contest isn't completely of the seki's fanclub... but because is related
with the club i put these here...
